It's difficult for Australia to achieve unprecedented feats.

The top summits have already been conquered.

We're talking about the unit that has claimed seven Cricket World Cups, plus an additional six T20 titles, and once went nearly four years without defeat in 50-over cricket.

The remaining milestones, the ones sought by the achievement hunters, are the only things left for a side that has accomplished all there is.

The fact it required up to Sunday's victory by three wickets over India for them to achieve their initial ODI chase exceeding 300, regaining their record for the largest in women's cricket's 50-over format, is, in truth, a tribute to the bowling attack that have sported the yellow jersey over five decades.

"If you've been watching me in practice sessions, it's been a disappointing period because I feel like I've had no rhythm at all," commented Healy.

Healy's competitiveness has always been her major advantage - and an invaluable trait in succeeding legendary former captain Meg Lanning.

She was troubled by India's emerging talent Kranti Gaud in the previous month's ODI series, dismissed by the emerging pace bowler in all three matches, but this time it merely gave Healy's spark.

A single came off Gaud's first delivery and from there Healy was in motion.

"A chance to go out there and lock in a contest with her and just have a bit of fun in that regard, kind of motivated me," said Healy.

She reached fifty in 35 pitches - her fastest at the World Cup - and her century in 84 balls as she attacked short-pitched balls, striking 21 boundaries and three sixes.

When she was dismissed Australia needed 66 more at run per delivery - a manageable total now demanding an easy conclusion.

"Chasing 330 runs is unfamiliar ground so I'm pleased we have the belief to accomplish that now," continued Healy.

"Hopefully we don't have to do it another time but, if necessary, we know we can do it."

That comment will be the final thing Australia's opponents at this tournament want to hear.

In recent days a sense they will triumph from any situation has only strengthened - this victory succeeding victory over Pakistan by 107 runs despite sitting at 76-7 at a certain moment.

Next Australia play Bangladesh before a meeting with longtime competitors England in Indore in 10 days, by which point a last-four spot may probably be guaranteed.

It was in the semi-finals they left the previous year's T20 World Cup in an unexpected loss by South Africa - an encounter Healy was absent due to ruptured tissue in her foot as she captained her nation for the inaugural occasion at a major tournament.
