WHere is a simplified version of a beverage featured on a new cocktail list. Designed as a party-sized prepared mix that is packed with essence of a Christmas time, making it excellent for your holiday party. Save the extra citrus syrup to use in breakfast cocktails, desserts, or to mix another batch of this cocktail.

Ingredients for the Citrus Syrup (makes 750ml)
300ml recently pressed clementine juice
200ml recently pressed lemon juice
500g granulated sugar
Ingredients for the Cocktail (yields 850ml, enough for 10)
400ml good quality vodka
100ml London dry gin
150ml peach-flavored liqueur
200ml citrus syrup (as made above)
Whole cranberries, as a garnish
Mandarin essential oil, for finishing
Directions
To prepare the Cordial: Combine all the ingredients into a saucepan, bring to a light boil, stirring so the sugar melts. Next, remove from the burner and let it to cool fully. Pour into a sterilised bottle, close it keeping it in the fridge, it will last for up to four weeks.
To make Batch Mix: Mix every liquid ingredients in a big jug, let it rest for one hour, then strain , ideally through a fine cloth, to ensure it's completely strained.
To serve: Add 85ml from the batch mix into your cocktail shaker packed with ice, gently stirring carefully for a minute to cool it down. Pour into a frosted cocktail glass or similar, decorate with the cranberries adding the final touch with a brief mist of the essential oil over the top.
